Nicholas Restaurant is an old Portland favorite for Lebanese food. I’ll level with you–I’ve never been there. But for at least 15 years, I’d seen long lines form out on Grand at the original Southeast location.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items are noted on the menu. Gluten-free items are noted as well. Dang, there’s even gluten-free pita. But if you eat the wheat, you’ll get freshly-baked “pillows” of pita that people love taking pictures of. They’re big!
